Through a public bidding process, Energere was awarded three major energy-efficiency projects: Notre-Dame Hospital, CSSS du Nord de Lanaudière and CSSS de Trois-Rivières, totaling $50M.

Working closely with the City of Blainville, Energere designs a major energy-efficient project for all of the city buildings.

Energere signs its first contract within the healthcare sector with the « CSSS d’Ahuntsic et Montreal-Nord » and develops a two-stage geothermal project that helps maximize heat transfer and multiples by four the geothermal potential of its projects.

Energere designs and implements the first project of many to come with Quebec’s CEGEPs. Energere also undertakes, with real-estate developer Busac, an impressive energy-efficiency project ($6.6M) at Place Dupuis in Montreal.

Energere innovates by developing and implementing two-stages aerothermal and geothermal concepts as part of three major projects with Cégep de Granby Haute-Yamaska, Collège de Bois-de-Boulogne and CSSS Drummond, for a total investment of nearly $14M.
