Énergère and Cofely Services are proud to announce their collaboration in the implementation of a district energy loop within the upcoming green neighborhood of the Technopôle Angus to be launched in 2016.

This district energy loop will provide heating and cooling for the upcoming buildings. Throughout the project, Énergère will be in charge of the funding, conception and construction, up to the delivery of each of the phases. Cofely Services will be responsible for the district maintenance and will ensure continued operations until the handover of the facilities. Énergère and Cofely Services will work together under a 30-year-outsourcing contract.

This project will include aerothermal heat pumping technologies and automation solutions to offer high quality performance to customers.

This innovative initiative falls within a modern, competitive and sustainable real estate complex, in line with the vision of the Société de développement Angus (SDA).
