Cadillac Fairview invested $1.2 million in order to complete a major energy efficiency project intended to modernize the Windsor Station’s cooling unit.

Énergère was the only contractor to design and execute the project. Our implementation team coordinated the work of various professionals and our comprehensive expertise enabled us to optimize the outcome by creating the conditions for success. Énergère took full responsibility for any risk involved and ensured work was completed on time and budget.
