For the past four years, Énergère has been part of the GDI Ainsworth Group. Today, we are taking a new step forward by formalizing this transition. Énergère becomes GDI Ainsworth (Ainsworth Énergy). This transition is a natural continuation of our growth and more clearly reflects our membership in the group.

In its fifth update of the Plan for a Green Economy 2030 (PGE 2030), the Quebec government acknowledges that current measures will allow it to achieve only 65% of its GHG reduction target by 2030. This decrease, from the 67% announced in 2024, is justified by the unfavorable economic and political climate, which is said to be slowing down investment - including in decarbonization efforts

As part of the development of its Climate Plan, the Town of Mont-Saint-Hilaire has resolutely committed itself to decarbonization.
