The energy efficiency project at the CIUSSS Mauricie-et-du-Centre-du-Québec (Trois-Rivières) in the Mauricie region is a major initiative that has incorporated leading-edge technologies in two large hospitals: Sainte-Marie and Saint-Joseph.

This project also involves the implementation of ground source heat pumps and condensing boiler systems, as well as heat recovery technologies in an industrial laundry process. In addition, the project affects three related facilities: pavillon Arc-en-Ciel, Carrefour Ninerville and Terrasse Turcotte.
