With its 874 units, Les Tours Frontenac is the largest residential property complex on the Island of Montreal. This energy-efficiency project benefited from the leverage effect of annual energy savings. Such a strategy allowed us to modernize all the boiler room equipment as well as all the chillers that were at the end of their useful life.
