Énergère is proud to welcome Simon Bérubé as Development and innovation Director. Mr. Bérubé has recently joined our Energy infrastructure sales team.

Throughout his 30 years of experience, Simon Bérubé has held various development and strategic key roles within large corporations such as Ivanhoé Cambridge, Ultramar, Réno-Dépôt, Sobeys, Carnot Réfrigération and Groupe Brio. For 10 years, Simon Bérubé has namely supervised commercial development projects for all Sobeys banners (IGA, Rachelle-Béry, Shell, etc.), including relocation, expansion, renovation and innovative refrigeration technology implementations. He also carried out Canada’s first LEED commercial projects.

His extensive knowledge of the commercial property and industrial sectors, as much as his multifaceted career in real estate development, technological innovation and construction, will undoubtedly advantage our team and contribute to our company’s growth.
