Recognition evening at Time Out Market: a reflection of our corporate culture!
Last Tuesday at 5 p.m., the Energère, Ainsworth and GDI Services Techniques teams gathered in the warm surroundings of Montreal’s Time Out Market (TOM) for an evening that went beyond a simple professional gathering. The event, which honored employees’ years of service, brilliantly illustrated the value we place on every member of our teams.
A personalized celebration and enhanced teamwork
At the heart of the celebration was a truly touching moment: each employee was invited on stage to receive a personalized standing ovation along with their manager, a certificate and a gift card. This simple but significant gesture testifies to our person-centred approach, underlining the importance of every employee.
The event was also a valuable opportunity for the Energère, Ainsworth and GDI Services Techniques teams to forge closer ties.
