Mont-Saint-Hilaire: An ambitious energy transition with Energere

As part of the development of its Climate Plan, the Town of Mont-Saint-Hilaire has resolutely committed itself to decarbonization. To support the town in this initiative, Énergère helped it carry out its GHG assessment and developed a customized decarbonization plan, aimed at reducing emissions by 40% by 2030, compared with 2021 levels.

Major financial assistance for Énercycle’s biomethanization plant

The biomethanization and composting plant project of Énercycle, régie de gestion des matières résiduelles de la Mauricie, is getting a boost thanks to $26.4 million in joint financial assistance announced by the governments of Canada and Quebec on Tuesday, August 27, 2024.
